As a seasoned entrepreneur, with over 25 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, Geeta has built a reputation for her dedication to empowering women entrepreneurs and creating inclusive, safe, and non-judgmental spaces for clients to feel confident and comfortable.
At By Charley Madison, Geeta focuses on building a collaborative environment where her team thrives in offering high-quality, trauma-informed treatments. Her goal is not only to create a space where clients can feel seen, safe, and empowered, but also to build a thriving business rooted in empowerment, inclusivity, and high-quality care.
Outside of her work at the spa, Geeta enjoys spending time with her husband Hartley, and daughters, Charley and Ava, traveling, reading, and helping others grow their businesses. Her dedication to her work and family keeps her grounded and motivated, always striving to make a positive impact.

Joséfine is a Certified Medical Aesthetician dedicated to helping clients enhance their natural beauty and feel confident in their skin. She graduated from Blanche Macdonald Centre’s Global Medical Esthetics program in September 2024, where she received extensive training in advanced skincare and laser technologies.
She has a special focus on treating acne, dry, and dehydrated skin. Her specialty is a passion rooted in her own personal experience with acne and its impact on self-esteem. Known for her warm, compassionate approach, Joséfine customizes each treatment to be both relaxing and results-oriented. She’s also passionate about educating clients on skincare, empowering them to make informed decisions about their routines. Her commitment to staying current with industry innovations ensures that her clients receive the highest quality care.
Outside of the spa, Joséfine is an avid soccer player and enjoys relaxing with a good book in her downtime.

Dr. Jordan Nolet is a passionate Naturopathic Doctor dedicated to helping her patients become the most confident versions of themselves. Specializing in dermatology and women’s health, Dr. Nolet uses a root-cause, individualized approach to create sustainable results that foster confidence through improved health.
In addition to her focus on internal health, she takes a holistic approach to confidence through her aesthetic practice, delivering natural-looking results that enhance her patients’ features.
Dr. Nolet earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia in 2018 and her Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2022.

Arrow is a highly accomplished makeup artist with over 25 years of experience in fashion, film, and beauty. A proud graduate of Blanche Macdonald, her career spans fashion shows, editorial shoots, commercials, feature films, and over 100 weddings. Her impressive portfolio includes work on Vancouver’s top fashion events, collaborations with renowned photographers, and features in publications such as Nuvo, VICE, and Woman’s Day. She has led makeup departments for Hallmark and Lifetime productions and worked with celebrated talent, including Pamela Anderson and Danny Glover.

She is now excited to be part of a dynamic, passionate team once again, where collaboration and shared dedication to client care are a priority. Allison specializes in offering natural services that enhance her clients’ inherent beauty, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.

Currently pursuing her prerequisites for nursing, Ava is deeply passionate about healthcare and is equally inspired by the beauty industry, a world she’s grown up around. Her dual interests in wellness and aesthetics naturally align with her role at the spa, where she also offers lash lift and tint services as a certified specialist. Whether she’s behind the front desk or enhancing someone’s lashes, Ava brings the same level of thoughtfulness and dedication to everything she does. When she's not studying or at the spa, she enjoys painting, finding both creativity and peace through her art.

Alyssa Myers
Alyssa is a talented hairdresser with over 15 years of experience, including work in the Vancouver film and TV industry. She’s trained in a variety of specialties including custom wigs, textured hair, extensions, and holds a certification from the London Wig and Makeup School. Her work has appeared in Midnight Mass, The Last of Us, Avatar: The Last Airbender, and more. Alyssa believes in the power of transformation and loves co-creating looks that reflect each client’s individuality.
Outside of work, she enjoys art, travel, and soaking up the sun at a patio brunch.

Pronounced “Yaz-na,” Jasna Dzinic is a skilled RMT with 14 years of experience. A graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, she is known for her thoughtful, personalized care.She draws on a variety of techniques and tailors each session to meet the needs of her clients.
Jasna is also a mother of four, and outside of her therapeutic practice, she enjoys reading, hiking with her dog, cooking, and photography, bringing a grounded and compassionate energy to her work.

Amy is a professional photographer with over 20 years of experience. Her passion for photography was inspired by her father and grandmother, who captured family memories through their lenses.
Amy’s relaxed, joy-filled approach makes photo sessions enjoyable and memorable. Her work spans weddings, sports, travel photography, and more, though she now focuses on school and family photography.
She is also the creator of Old Ivy Style, a handmade accessories brand featuring polymer clay earrings, keychains, and unique designs crafted with love.
