With over 25 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, including serving as Head of Department for Makeup in film and television. Geeta also spent many years working in the corporate world, building a strong foundation in business development. Her unique blend of creative and strategic expertise has helped her grow businesses and lead with purpose.

In 2021, a near-fatal car accident dramatically changed the course of her life. Left with a disability, Geeta was forced to reimagine not just her career, but her entire perspective on beauty, healing and success.
During her recovery, a new vision began to take shape: a safe, inclusive, and trauma-informed space where people of all backgrounds could feel seen, supported, and empowered. More than just a spa, By Charley Madison would be a place where integrity meets artistry. Where confidence can be rediscovered and beauty becomes a deeply personal and healing experience.

By Charley Madison was named after my daughter; a tribute to the light and daily inspiration she brings to my life. The name is more than sentimental, it’s a reflection of what I hope this space offers to others: love, resilience, and the belief that beauty begins with being seen.
In 2021, my life changed following a serious car accident that left me with a disability. That experience reshaped the way I view beauty, healing, and strength. As a proud mom to Charley and my bonus daughter Ava, I’m committed to showing them that strength, creativity, and determination can carry you through anything—and that my disability does not define me, it has shaped me.
In building this space, I wanted to create something that proves beauty and healing can coexist. A space where you’re met with warmth, integrity, and care, no matter your story.
