Our skincare and aesthetic services include Hydrafacials, Vivier facials, dermaplaning, microneedling, laser hair removal with Soprano ICE Platinum, Botox, and PRF and PRP treatments. We tailor these services to your individual needs, with a focus on healthy, radiant skin and results that help you feel like your best self.
We also offer a full range of beauty and wellness services, including lash lifts and tints, brow tints and laminations, cosmetic tattooing, makeup and hair services.
For a more holistic approach, we provide IV therapy, acupuncture, hot stone massage, aromatherapy massage, RMT massage, naturopathic medicine, and counselling services. We believe beauty and wellness go hand in hand, and we are here to support you in both.

At By Charley Madison Medical Spa, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive and elevated experience for every guest. Our policies are designed to ensure comfort, professionalism and clarity for all. Please take a moment to review them prior to your visit.
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know in advance via phone 778-571-7221 or email hello@bycharleymadison.com.
Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 50%, and no-shows will be charged the full service amount. Clients with repeated missed appointments may be asked to prepay for future services or may face booking restrictions.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment and charged accordingly.
We ask all guests to respect our team, fellow clients and the tranquil environment we've curated at our spa. We also ask that guests turn their phones off or on silent during their appointment. We strive to operate with kindness, compassion and professionalism. Inappropriate, disruptive or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
Due to the nature of our services, completed treatments are non-refundable. All in person and online product sales are final. For ingredient or product-related questions, please contact us before purchasing.
